Somex have developed a wide range of testing solutions.
The PET bottle test equipment includes: bottle burst testers, keg burst testers, aerosol burst testers, stress crack testers, hot fill simulators and pet bottle drop tester. The glass bottle test equipment includes: glass burst testers, vertical top load testing, automatic pendulum impact testers, automatic glass bottle pressure testers, automatic volume/capacity measurement.

Service & Support
The ability of equipment suppliers to provide remote support is now more important than ever. This is why Somex offers clients in-depth training and support through installation commissioning and operation of our new machine.
Somex also offers remote support from start to finish. For example, once the newly installed machine has been powered on and with the assistance of the relevant IT department, Somex can connect to the machine directly via VPN the Somex remote communication module. This connection allows operators and engineers to tap directly into Somex’s expertise at a moment’s notice.
Keeping machines operational is what’s most important to the customer and to Somex, which is why engineers are always available to help. This gives customers direct access to work instructions, revision control documents which explain in detail or perform a specific tasks
including the tools and in spare parts.
