The customer services team is available to ensure that all Filtec systems are operating perfectly, thereby increasing return on investment and the efficiency of the production line. A comprehensive spare parts and parts repair service is also provided,
The support services include: emergency services, remote support, installation and commissioning support, wipe test and Source removal – Contact our radiation department (radmin@filtec.com) or fill out the form below when a wipe test or source removal is required for prompt support and start-up training.
The preventive maintenance agreements provide the customer with confidence of maximum machine uptime and product health check audits provide detailed reports on the machine conditions and functionality.
Upgrades and enhancements allow the customer to meet the latest international safety standards and is key in an advancing production environment when machine up time is a must.
Product Training is provided by qualified instructors who train customers’ staff on machine setup and machine fine-tuning.
